• Complimentary Interview 

• 1 prenatal consultation (1 hour)

• 40 hours of postpartum support

  • 4 hours minimum at each visit between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm

  • Baby care while parents’ rest

  • Basic snack/meal preparation

  • Light housework including dishes, folding clothes

  • Other needs as agreed upon 

• Additional hours can be purchased at a rate of $45 per hour

• Unlimited phone, text, and email support during contracted period
